This is the workout split I personally used throughout my own fitness journey while losing over 70 pounds and transforming my body. I built this plan from experience, focusing on strength, endurance, fat loss, and overall health. Every workout is designed to help you stay consistent, push yourself, and reach your goals the same way I did.
